  This week we carried on with our ‘insect’ topic for reading I made honey biscuits, writing we did similes about insects, and for maths we practised basic facts and worked on writing a variety of equations which would have a certain number for the answer.  For the past week we have been learning about adjectives. I read a story called Fears. We had to find the adjectives in the book. Here are the adjectives I found.

This week we have been doing lots of learning about Matariki. We read different legends about the Matariki stars. We had to use a Venn Diagram to compare two legends we chose.
