Bubble Writing

This week we played with bubbles. We blew bubbles outside. Mrs Clarke had some really big bubbles. We used juicy words to write a piece of writing. Here is my work.

 My speech topic is Native trees. I picked this topic because it is important for NZ to look after. When I presented my speech I felt good. What I did well was my volume was good. What I could have done better was my eye contact. My Speech: Why is it important to look after the Native Trees?  Native trees are trees that only grow in New Zealand. They are special to New Zealand such as the Kauri tree. Now please listen to my three reasons about why we should look after our native trees. My first reason is that native trees help us breathe. If all the trees in the world died then everyone in the world would die because we would have no oxygen and we would not be able to breathe. Trees produce oxygen. Maths Week 5 Term 3 2021 Solving word problems

  Another thing we have been  learning in maths is how to solve word problems involving combinations of things. You had to be able to write addition equations showing as many different   combinations as we could.  Some people found it was useful to do your figuring out using a table.
